Group Class Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations received 7 days prior to class start or more can receive a full refund minus a $5 Admin Transaction Fee. All cancellations must be submitted via direct email.
Group class cancellations within 7 days of class start are not eligible for a refund. Credit towards other bookings may be extended dependent on review.
If a puppy or dog falls ill during a group class they will need to be symptom free (and possibly vet cleared) before returning. We encourage the human handlers to attend and carry on their exercises at home if appropriate. We do not offer refunds or make up classes for sudden illness but will work with our clients to provide support & homework.
Private Session Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations received 48hrs or more prior to scheduled booking are eligible for a reschedule. Private session packages are not eligible for a refund once partially completed. Any unused time will be held on account for 1year for use then will expire. Cancellations within 48hrs of a scheduled booking may be subject to no reschedule for the time slot amount booked.
No shows for booked & confirmed private sessions will be deducted the full amount of time booked that slot out of their package.
Late arrivals will not be given extra time outside of the booked time. Please insure you have enough time to locate areas & parking prior to in person sessions.
Virtual session 'No Shows' will be given 15 minutes to log on (be late) then the Trainer will move on to other things, allowing this client to retain unused time for later. 15 minutes will be deducted from the package allotted time. Trainers will reach out to the client via email notifying them after.
Private sessions will be rescheduled if the temperature for the day will be reaching 29 degrees or above for the safety of our Trainers, clients & canine friends.
In the occurrence of another government recommended contact business shut down all classes & bookings will move to online. These class spots will not be eligible for refund. All booked time/content will be covered with your trainer through our live online programs. If you choose to not participate you may keep a class credit for up to 6months to use at a later date but no cash value will be refunded if not used within 6months this credit will expire.
Because of the current health climate if a Coastal Canine instructor is displaying any cold or flu like symptoms they may choose to move the class to virtual for the week if they are well enough to instruct in that manner in order to keep our clients as safe as possible.
In person classes & private sessions will be kept distanced & outdoors when possible. Hand washing & sanitizer will be available. Masks are mandatory for indoor group classes. 2 family members max. per dog, per class.
***UPDATE NOVEMBER 8, 2020***
During the current Public Health Order there are a few extra policies to note:
-All employees will be forehead temperature checked each day prior to teaching a group class.
-Only 1 handler per dog will be allowed during Group Classes.
-Masks/Face coverings are still mandatory.
-As usual, anyone showing symptoms of illness should not attend class.
-Temperatures of each individual entering group class will be taken with a digital temperature forehead thermometer.
-Hand sanitizer will continue to be available and sanitizing is mandatory upon entry and exit of the group class.
-In group class setting, handlers must stay within their quadrants in the room and not enter upon other handler's quadrants.
-Each handler will wait to be let into the training building by the Trainer.
-Physical Distancing is still mandatory. (Minimum 2 Metres)

All booking requests are first come first serve in our main email (email@example.com) When you are invoiced you have a temporary hold on your class/private session spot for 24hours. Payment will confirm your time slot. If payment is not received within 24hours your spot will be released to the next person on the wait list for that time slot/spot.
Puppy Package Bookings:
All Puppy Socials are a complimentary amount given to our clients. These do not retain cash value unless separately purchased. We will attempt to make enough available for our clients but cannot match everyones schedule/age out limits. The 'Free Puppy Socials' will be honoured as available. If the Client cannot make certain dates/locations, dog ages out or other unforeseen issues these cannot be transferred, refunded or credited. As these fill quickly please book yours as soon as possible to secure your spots!
The 'Free day' at Puppy Pre-K at Leash Loft Daycare' is a complimentary service for our clients that book any Puppy Package - extended from the Daycare. This is ONLY valid for new clients with Leash Loft Daycare. Leash Loft Daycare has the right to refuse to honour this 'Free day' if this service is not appropriate for the dog/client. This 'Free day' retains no cash value use if not appropriate for age, temperament or booking dates of client.
